2.08.010 Offices combined.
The office of the city treasurer shall be and is combined with the office of city clerk, and the office of city clerk and the office of city treasurer are abolished. [Ord. 495 § 1, 1979].
2.08.020 Designation – Powers and duties.
Henceforth the consolidated office shall be designated city clerk-treasurer, and, in such capacity, the clerk-treasurer shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties required by a statute or an ordinance to be performed by said two offices. [Ord. 495 § 2, 1979].
2.08.030 Bond.
The bond of the city clerk-treasurer of the city shall be and is fixed in the sum of $100,000. [Ord. 495 § 3, 1979].
