LOCAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE FUND
Sections:
3.26.010 Fund established.
A special revenue fund entitled “local criminal justice fund” is hereby established. [Ord. 2006-12 § 1, 2006].
3.26.020 Revenues.
Those revenues accounted in the general fund as received from the one-tenth of one percent sales tax are to be transferred to the local criminal justice fund. [Ord. 2006-12 § 2, 2006].
3.26.030 Expenditures.
Those expenditures relating to the police department remodeling project and which are accounted in the police department budget are to be adjusted into the local criminal justice fund. [Ord. 2006-12 § 3, 2006].
