PUBLIC WORKS VEHICLE REPLACEMENT FUND
Sections:
3.30.010 Fund established.
A fund known as the public works vehicle replacement fund is established for the purposes stated in Ordinance No. 95-15. [Ord. 95-15 § 1, 1995].
3.30.020 Interfund transfers.
Yearly contributions, in the amount of at least $2,500, in the form of interfund transfers, shall be made by the sewer fund, water fund, regional water fund and street fund. [Ord. 95-15 § 2, 1995].
