10.04.010 Adoption by reference.
The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC, as is now and hereafter amended, is adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the city as if set forth in full. [Ord. 94-05 § 1, 1994].
10.04.015 Skateboards and other similar devices.
Skateboards and other similar devices shall be used under the same rules and regulations affecting the use and operation of bicycles as defined in Chapter 46.90 RCW. [Ord. 91-5, 1991].
10.04.020 Violation – Penalty.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law in the MTO or in the statutes that are adopted by reference therein, any person who is convicted of violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both. [Ord. 485 § 2, 1979].
10.04.030 Copies on file.
Instant to the adoption of the MTO by reference by this chapter, copies of the text of the adopted MTO and of other adopted statutes shall be filed as required by RCW 35A.12.140 for use in examination by the public. [Ord. 485 § 3, 1979].
