10.40.010 Length restriction.
No vehicle or combination of vehicle and trailer over 28 feet in length shall be permitted to drive upon McCoy Street or Little Avenue NE. Bus traffic shall be exempted from restrictions within this chapter. [Ord. 2008-10 §§ 1, 2, 2008].
10.40.020 Signs – Contents – Location.
The public works director is empowered to post signs prohibiting and regulating traffic for vehicles exceeding 28 feet in length on McCoy Street and Little Avenue NE. Such regulatory signs shall be posted in open view to the public. [Ord. 99-02, 1999].
10.40.030 Violations – Penalty.
Vehicles exceeding 28 feet in length traveling on McCoy Street and/or Little Avenue NE and violating the posted regulatory signs placed in accordance with this chapter is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $300.00. [Ord. 99-02, 1999].
