WATER AND SEWER RATES

13.08.010 Title.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Castle Rock water and sewer rates ordinance. [Ord. 88-7 § 1, 1988].
13.08.020 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to establish the authority to set water and sewer rates by resolution of the city council. [Ord. 88-7 § 2, 1988].
13.08.030 Rates for water and sewer service – Fixed by resolution.
Water and sewer rates may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the city council. [Ord. 88-7 § 3, 1988].
