3.70.010 Foreclosure.

For purposes of foreclosing local improvement district assessments pursuant to RCW 35.50.030, the proceedings to foreclose said delinquent assessments shall be commenced in Wahkiakum Superior Court on or before August 1st of any year in which there exist local improvement district assessments subject to foreclosure as provided and authorized in Chapter 35.50 RCW.
