9.15.010 Prohibited during certain hours.

The sale of intoxicating liquor shall be prohibited within the corporate limits of the town of Cathlamet between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. of each week day, and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and after the hour of 10:00 p.m. of each Sunday. (Ord. 246 § 1, 1967)

9.15.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person selling intoxicating liquor during the times when the sale of the same shall be prohibited by this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.00, by a jail sentence of not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 246 § 2, 1967)
