13.10.010 Added to water supply – Administration.

A source of fluoridation approved by the State Department of Health shall be added to the water supply of the town of Cathlamet, under the rules and regulations of the Washington State Board of Public Health, such addition to be administered in a manner approved by the State Director of Public Health. (Ord. 212 § 1, 1956)

13.10.020 Equipment authorization.

The town council and/or water department of the town of Cathlamet shall be authorized to acquire, purchase, construct, install, operate and maintain in the manner provided by law any and all fluoridation equipment required to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 212 § 2, 1956)
