1.08.010  Established.

For the purpose of holding elections in the city of Centralia, Lewis County, Washington, the city is divided into four wards which shall be known as the First, Second, Third and Fourth ward, respectively, and these wards include the territory as described for each such precinct in this chapter. 1.08.020  Ward No. 1.

The First Ward consists of all that territory lying within the following boundaries:

Starting at the intersection of the northern city limits, the Skookumchuck River and the Tacoma Eastern RR; thence southeast along the Tacoma Eastern RR to the extension of 5th Street; thence east on 5th Street to M Street; thence south on M Street to 4th Street; thence east on 4th Street to G Street; thence south on G Street to 3rd Street; thence east on 3rd Street to the BN-SF RR; thence southerly along the BN-SF RR to Maple Street; thence easterly on Maple Street to Wilding Street; thence south on Wilding Street to Seminary Hill Road; thence southeasterly on Seminary Hill Road to the city limits; thence north, following the city limits to the point of beginning.

1.08.030  Ward No. 2.

The Second Ward consists of all that territory lying within the following boundaries:

Starting at the intersection of the city limits and the southern crossing of Woodland Avenue; thence north on Woodland Avenue to Madison Street; thence east on Madison Street to Richmond Avenue; thence northwest on Richmond Avenue to Alder Street; thence northeast on Alder Street to Cherry Street; thence easterly on Cherry Street to Rock Street; thence northerly on Rock Street to Hanson Street; thence east on Hanson Street to F Street; thence north on F Street to 3rd Street; thence east on Third Street to the BN-SF RR; thence southwesterly along the BN-SF RR to Maple Street; thence easterly on Maple Street to Wilding Street; thence south on Wilding Street to Seminary Hill Road; thence southeasterly on Seminary Hill Road to the city limits; thence south, following the city limits to the point of beginning.

1.08.040  Ward No. 3.

The Third Ward consists of all that territory lying within the following boundaries:

Starting at the intersection of the city limits and the southern crossing of Woodland Avenue; thence north on Woodland Avenue to Madison Street; thence east on Madison Street to Richmond Avenue; thence northwest on Richmond Avenue to Alder Street; thence northeast on Alder Street to Cherry Street; thence easterly on Cherry Street to Rock Street; thence northerly on Rock Street to Hanson Street; thence east on Hanson Street to F Street; thence north on F Street to 3rd Street; thence west on 3rd Street to G Street; thence north on G Street to 4th Street; thence west on 4th Street to M Street; thence north on M Street to 5th Street; thence west on 5th Street and the extension thereof, to the Tacoma Eastern RR; thence northwest along the Tacoma Eastern RR to the city limits and the Skookumchuck River; thence southwest meandering along the Skookumchuck River to I-5; thence southerly along I-5 to the city limits; thence east following the city limits to the point of beginning.

1.08.050  Ward No. 4.

The Fourth Ward consists of all that territory lying within the following boundaries:

Starting at the intersection of the northern city limits, the Skookumchuck River and the Tacoma Eastern RR; thence southwest meandering along the Skookumchuck River to I-5; thence southerly along I-5 to the city limits; thence west following the city limits to the point of beginning.
