REWARD FUND

3.80.010  Established.

There is established an internal city fund to be designated and known as the "reward fund." (Ord. 1778 § 1, 1993).

3.80.020  Use of fund.

The "reward fund" shall be used for the purpose of accounting for reward moneys collected from public donations and other sources, and paid out as rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of criminals. (Ord. 1778 § 2, 1993).

3.80.030  Appropriation.

A total of two thousand dollars is budgeted and appropriated from 1993 funds not otherwise appropriated and cash on hand in the criminal justice fund to the reward fund budget. (Ord. 1778 § 3, 1993).
