LOGAN COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND

3.84.010  Established.

There is established an internal city fund to be designated and known as the "Logan Community Park improvement fund." (Ord. 1799 § 1, 1993).

3.84.020  Use of fund.

The "Logan Community Park improvement fund" shall be used for the purpose of accounting for moneys collected from public donations, appropriations and other sources paid out as improvements for the Logan Community Park. (Ord. 1799 § 2, 1993).
