Chapter 19.60 RCW, as now in force or hereafter amended, added to or deleted from, is adopted by reference. (Ord. 1625 § 1, 1988).

5.16.020  Violation—Penalty.

Violation of Chapter 19.60 RCW as adopted by reference in CMC 5.16.010 is a gross misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars, imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both. (Ord. 1848 § 24, 1995: Ord. 1625 § 2, 1988).

5.16.030  Annual license fee.

Annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars in addition to the standard business license fee. (Ord. 1852 § 2, 1995).
