10.36.010 Antiharassment order.

Chapter 10.14 RCW, Harassment, as the same now appears or may hereafter be amended, added to or deleted from, is adopted by this reference for the city of Centralia. The city clerk shall maintain on file at least one copy of the Harassment Act to be available to the public as required by RCW 35.21.180. (Ord. 1688 § 15 (part), 1990).

Chapter 26.50 RCW, as the same now appears or may hereafter be amended, added to or deleted from, is adopted by this reference for the city of Centralia. The city clerk shall maintain on file at least one copy of such Domestic Violence Prevention Act to be available to the public as required by RCW 35.21.180. (Ord. 1688 § 15 (part), 1990).
