4.55.010 Violation of Tribal ordinance.

Any person who violates an ordinance or code promulgated by the governing body of the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation to prohibit or compel certain conduct shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be sentenced as provided in the ordinance or code, or if no sentencing is provided, a fine not to exceed $5,000, or a jail sentence not to exceed one year, or both. 4.55.020 Criminal attempt.

Any person who, with intent to commit a specific crime, does any act which is a substantial step toward committing that crime shall be guilty of a fine not to exceed $5,000, or a jail sentence not to exceed one year, or both. 4.55.030 Aiding and abetting.

Any person who knowingly aids and abets another person to commit an act or engage in conduct which is unlawful under this title shall be guilty of the offense of aiding and abetting and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed $5,000, or a jail sentence not to exceed one year in jail, or both.
