1.104.010 Authorized—Use regulations.
The board of county commissioners authorizes Lloyd Berry, Chelan County engineer, to draw an additional revolving fund in the amount of one hundred dollars by treasurer’s check to the county road fund to be used solely as a petty cash fund for small isolated purchases instead of the more costly voucher-warrant method of payment. The use of this fund is limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the budget of Chelan County engineer. Detailed, signed receipts must be secured to substantiate each payment from the petty cash fund and must be kept with the cash, so that the cash, signed receipts and vouchers in process of payment total one hundred dollars at all times. This fund is limited to the amount of twenty dollars for reimbursement of small isolated personal expense vouchers which must be used as the receipt. (Res. 76-35 (part), July 15, 1975 at Vol. E page 306).
1.104.020 Reimbursement—General procedure.
The petty cash fund shall be reimbursed from time to time by voucher, payable to Lloyd Berry, Chelan County engineer-petty cash fund, which shall have attached the individually signed receipts. Cash register tapes will not be acceptable. (Res. 76-35 (part), July 15, 1975 at Vol. E page 306).
