1.115.010 Regional justice center—Created.

The agreed upon Department of Corrections shall do business as the Chelan County Regional Justice Center. (Res. 2001-93, 7/9/01; Res. 2001-91, 6/26/01).

1.115.020 Partnership fund.

A fund to be known as the Regional Justice Center partnership fund is established as follows:

1.115.030 Booking fees.

(a)  The Chelan County Regional Justice Center shall suspend collection of the booking fee until after the defendant is convicted of a crime for which he or she is or was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center.

(b)  The amount of the booking fee shall continue to be fifty dollars.

(c)  This change of policy regarding timing of collection of the booking fee shall be effective immediately and shall continue unless and until a subsequent resolution is adopted by the Chelan County board of commissioners. (Res. 2005-81, 8/22/05).

An interest-bearing fund to be known as the Regional Justice Center records fund is established as follows:
