CHELAN COUNTY REGIONAL JAIL FUND

1.126.010 Established.

A proprietary fund to be known as the Chelan County Regional Jail fund is established. (Res. 83-79 § 1, 9/6/83).

1.126.020 Source of financial obligations.

Said fund will receive revenues and make disbursements by warrant as necessary to fulfill financial obligations required for operation of the Chelan County Regional Jail. (Res. 83-79 § 2, 9/6/83).

1.126.030 Use of funds.

Funds on deposit in said fund shall be deposited and invested in the manner prescribed by law and any income therefrom shall be paid into the Chelan County Regional Jail fund. (Res. 83-79 § 3, 9/6/83).

1.126.040 Abolishment.

Upon abolishment of said fund any remaining moneys shall be disposed of as mutually agreed by Chelan and Douglas Counties and the city of Wenatchee. (Res. 83-79 § 4, 9/6/83).
