REGIONAL JAIL EDUCATION FUND

1.131.010 Established.

A revolving fund in the amount of one thousand dollars is established for the regional jail education fund.

This fund shall be known as the “jail education revolving fund.”

Custodian of this fund shall be the Jail Records Supervisor.

Use of all monies shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the Jail Education Fund budget.

All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying transactions.

The revolving fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount prior to the end of each budget year. (Res. 96-18, 2/13/96).
