UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FUND

1.136.010 Established—Administration.

(a)  An internal service fund shall be established for payment for unemployment compensation claims and operated in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles. This fund shall be called the unemployment compensation fund.

(b)  This fund shall be administered by the auditor’s office. (Res. 84-82 §§ 1 and 2, 10/9/84).

1.136.020 Investment earnings to be credited to fund.

All investment earnings of this fund shall be credited to the fund, with the exception of treasurer’s service fees. (Res. 84-82 § 3, 10/8/84).
