INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE FUND

1.140.010 Established.

An internal service fund shall be established for payment of industrial insurance compensation claims and operated in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles. This fund shall be called the industrial insurance fund. (Res. 84-101 § 1, 12/18/84).

1.140.020 Investment earnings credited to fund.

All investment earnings of this fund shall be credited to the fund, with the exception of treasurer’s service fees. (Res. 84-101 § 2, 12/18/84).
