911 EMERGENCY SERVICES COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FUND

1.142.010 Established.

A “911 emergency services communications system fund” is established. (Res. 85-121 § A, 12/16/85).

1.142.020 Source of monies.

All proceeds from the excise tax for the emergency services communications system will be deposited into the fund. (Res. 85-121 § B, 12/16/85).

1.142.030 Expenditures.

All expenditures from the fund shall be used by the county only for the emergency services communications system. (Res. 85-121 § C, 12/16/85).

1.142.040 Administration.

The 911 emergency services communications system fund will be administered by the 911 coordinator and civil deputy of the sheriff’s office. (Res. 98-49, 4/27/98; Res. 85-121 § D, 12/16/85).
