CHELAN COUNTY FAIR FUNDS

1.252.020 Change funds established.

(a)  A sum of ten thousand dollars for the Expo Center fund.

(b)  Custodian of this fund shall be the Expo Center director.

(c)  Use of the ten thousand dollars shall be limited to making change for sales involved with the fair.

(d)  The petty cash fund shall remain at five hundred dollars at all times.

(e)  Each year the Expo Center director shall request these funds for use at the fair event at least one week prior to the event.

(f)  These funds will be returned to the treasurer within one week of the close of the fair event. (Res. 2009-94, 8/31/09: Res. 2008-122, 8/12/08: Res. 2007-122, 8/27/07).
