1.48.010 Purchases of five hundred dollars and over.

No contract or purchase in excess of four hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents shall be entered into or made by the Chelan County fair board, or any employee thereof, until after sealed bids have been submitted to the Chelan County fair board upon written specifications therefor. Such contract or purchase shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Any or all bids may be rejected for good cause. (§ 1 of Res. 454-D, May 15, 1961 at Vol. B page 425).

1.48.020 Statute provisions controlling.

The provisions of RCW, Section 36.32.250, shall govern, and any conflicts herein shall be deemed amended to conform thereto. (§ 2 of Res. 454-D, May 15, 1961 at Vol. B page 425).
