1.77.010 Fund distribution.

A special revenue fund to be known as the sheriff donation fund is established as follows:

The Chelan County treasurer shall be authorized to transfer any remaining funds to the sheriff donation fund (122) on January 1, 2002. (Res. 2001-175, 12/10/01).

1.77.020 Sheriff’s donation revolving fund.

(a)  A revolving fund in the amount of two thousand dollars is established in the sheriff’s donation fund.

(b)  Such fund shall be known as the “sheriff’s donation revolving fund.”

(c)  Custodian of this fund shall be the sheriff’s chief civil deputy.

(d)  Use of all monies shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the sheriff’s donation fund budget.

(e)  All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying all transactions.

(f)  The revolving fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount prior to the end of each budget year. (Res. 2004-48, 5/3/04).
