SALARY FUND AND CLAIMS FUND

1.102.010 Authorized.
The Chelan County treasurer, working in conjunction with the Chelan County auditor, is authorized to establish a Chelan County salary fund and a Chelan County claims fund. These funds are nonbudgeted clearing funds through which the auditor and treasurer shall channel payments from any funds under their jurisdiction at a starting date determined to be appropriate by the auditor and treasurer. The funds are to be operated in concurrence with RCW 36.33.060 and RCW 36.33.065 and State Auditor, Division of Municipal Corporation Bulletin No. 133, as amended.
