JAIL OPERATIONS PETTY CASH FUND

1.118.010 Established—Custodians designated.
(a) A petty cash fund, to be known as the jail operations petty cash fund, in the amount of three hundred dollars is established for use by the jail.
(b) Chelan County undersheriff and chief of corrections are designated as custodians of said fund. (Res. 94-118 (part), 9/13/94; Res. 83-11 §§ 1, 2, 2/8/83).
1.118.020 Expenditures.
(a) Use of said fund shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the sheriff’s department budget.
(b) All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 83-11 §§ 3, 4, 2/8/83).
1.118.030 Annual reimbursement.
The petty cash fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount as soon as possible after December 31st of each year while the prior year’s budget is still available. (Res. 83-11 § 5, 2/8/83).
