(2) Requires that rental of equipment by entities external to Chelan County, as provided for in a recorded local agency agreement, when said agreement does not provide a specific rental rate, is subject to the higher amount of either the 2025 Equipment Rental Rate Schedule or the market rate provided by EquipmentWatch at the time of rental.
(3) Instructs Chelan County public works to determine a “usage rate” for those items included in the 2025 Equipment Rental Rate Schedule with a monthly rate, as needed to respond to market needs and conditions.
