ARBITRATION FILING FEES

1.364.010 Established.
The Chelan County clerk shall charge the fees of one hundred fifty dollars to the party filing a request for mandatory arbitration except on an appeal from small claim and the clerk shall charge a fee of two hundred fifty dollars to the party filing a request for a trial de novo of an arbitration award.
