BEAR MOUNTAIN WATER DISTRICT
Sections:
4.44.010 Formation.
(a) The formation of the Bear Mountain Water District is hereby approved; and
(b) No utility franchise is hereby granted; application for a franchise must be made by the Bear Mountain Water District of Chelan County, Washington, to construct, operate, and maintain domestic water distribution and sewer disposal pipeline systems for the transportation and disposition of domestic water and sewerage in, under, and along those certain county roads, highways and county property in Chelan County, Washington, in a manner consistent with the Chelan County comprehensive plan, and said water and sewer service shall be performed only at the density level for the planned development, subdivision or zoning district; and
(c) Said district shall consist of and be limited to the legal description attached to the resolution codified in this section and incorporated herein as Exhibit A to the resolution codified in this section. (Res. 2005-93, 10/3/05).
