ADDITIONAL REAL ESTATE EXCISE TAX

6.07.010 Tax imposed.
The one quarter of one percent real estate excise tax shall be imposed in the unincorporated areas of Chelan County as provided for in RCW 82.46.035. (Res. 2011-107 (part), 11/28/11; Res. 99-128, 10/18/99).
