1The PRTPO consists of representation from four (4) counties (Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap and Mason), nine (9) cities, four (4) transit agencies, eighteen (18) port districts, ten (10) Tribal Nations, the Washington State Department of Transportation, and the private sector. The PRTPO has been working for the last four (4) years to develop a Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The goal of the PRTPO is to coordinate the regional transportation planning activities for the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsulas.

4The standard rating methodology for Clallam County roads is the Highway Capacity Manual – Florida Model.
