Clark County declares its intent to participate in programs under the Federal Public Works and Economic Development Act, as amended to date, and establishes the Clark County overall economic development program (OEDP) committee, comprised of interested and knowledgeable representatives, such as the mayor of Vancouver, mayors from Camas and Washougal, board of Clark County commissioners, housewives, representatives from minority groups, school districts, port districts, and unions and other representatives from various affected communities and businesses.
