5.50.090 CTR program requirements for affected employers.

Not more than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter affected employers, including the county, must submit an initial CTR program to the county in which they are located. Each affected employer shall have the option of limiting its CTR program to affected employees only or making its CTR program applicable to all of its full-time employees, regardless of when their work shift begins. If an affected employer chooses to make its CTR program applicable to all of its full-time employees, the affected employer shall include in its CTR program measures designed to reduce the VMT’s and SOV’s of both its affected employees, and of its full-time employees by the percentages set forth in Section 5.50.130 of this chapter.
