5.50.110 Modification of CTR program elements.

Any affected employer may request from the county a modification of the CTR program elements. Such request may be granted if one of the following conditions exist:

(A)    Impossibility. The affected employer can demonstrate that it would be unable to comply with the CTR program element for which the affected employer seeks an exemption for reasons beyond the control of the affected employer; or

(B)    Undue Hardship. The affected employer can demonstrate that compliance with the elements of the approved CTR program would constitute an undue hardship. (Sec. 10 of Ord. 1993-01-21)
