5.50.120 Exemptions from CTR program requirements.

An affected employer may request the county to grant an exemption from all CTR program requirements. The affected employer shall demonstrate that it would be impossible to meet all of the CTR program requirements or that it would experience undue hardship in complying with the requirements of this chapter as a result of the characteristics of its business, work force or location(s). Exemptions may be granted by the county during the initial review of CTR program or at the time of the annual program review process. The county shall review annually all employers receiving exemptions, and shall determine whether the exemption will be in effect during the following program year. (Sec. 11 of Ord. 1993-01-21)
