5.50.130 CTR goals.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, an affected employer shall include in its CTR program measures designed to achieve the following percentage reductions from the base year values for the CTR zone in which the affected employer is located by calculating the VMT’s and SOV’s of its affected employees. Fifteen percent (15%) reduction of SOV or VMT by January 1, 1995; twenty percent (20%) reduction of SOV or VMT by January 1, 1997; twenty-five percent (25%) reduction of SOV or VMT by January 1, 1999; and thirty-five percent (35%) reduction of SOV or VMT by January 1, 2005.
