5.50.180 CTR annual progress report.

Upon review of an affected employer’s initial CTR program, the county shall establish the affected employer’s annual reporting date, which shall not be less than twelve (12) months from the day the CTR program is submitted. Each year on the affected employer’s reporting date, the affected employer shall submit an annual CTR report to the county. The county will distribute a standardized annual report form to all known affected employers within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the employer’s annual reporting date. The county may inform the affected employer that its CTR program may require modification based on the affected employer’s progress toward meeting its CTR goals. (Sec. 17 of Ord. 1993-01-21)
