5.50.210 Violations.

The following constitute violations of this chapter:

(A)    Failure to develop and/or submit a complete CTR program by the applicable deadlines;

(B)    Failure to implement an approved CTR program;

(C)    Failure to modify an unacceptable CTR program;

(D)    Failure of an affected employer to identify itself to the county within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter;

(E)    Failure of a newly affected employer to identify itself to the county within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of becoming an affected employer;

(F)    Failure to submit an annual report by the applicable deadline;

(G)    Intentionally submitting of fraudulent, false, or bogus information, data, and/or survey results;

(H)    Failure to maintain CTR records in accordance with the accepted CTR program. (Sec. 20 of Ord. 1993-01-21)
