5.50.230 Appeal of administrative decision.

Any affected employer may appeal administrative decisions regarding exemptions, modification of goals, CTR program elements and violations and penalties to the county CTR hearing’s examiner as provided in Section 2.51.090 of this code. Appeals shall be filed within ten (10) days of the administrative decision. (Sec. 21 of Ord. 1993-01-21)
