2 When work for which a permit is required is proposed for a Group R, Division 3 or Group U, Division 1 structure and involves a permit under the IRC and/or IBC and one or more codes (UPC, IMC and/or Washington State Energy Code), the permit holder shall pay a single fee as set forth in Section 4(B) of this table.
3 Said plan checking fees for buildings of Group R, Division 3 and Group U Occupancies shall use the “Same as” fee in Section 4(J) for buildings located in an approved subdivision if an approved building plan is on file with the building department.
