7.12.045 Rules.

Rules and regulations of the Clark County weed management department adopted pursuant to Chapter 17.10 RCW shall be codified as Chapter 7.14 of the Clark County Code. A certified copy of such rules and regulations or amendments thereto shall be presented to the board of county commissioners for transmittal to the code reviser. (Sec. 7 of Ord. 1995-02-09)
