7.14.020 Purpose.

It is the purpose of these regulations to provide for the control of noxious weeds (as hereinafter more particularly defined) within the boundaries of Clark County, Washington by the noxious weed control board of Clark County, Washington as empowered and authorized by Chapter 17.10 RCW and pursuant to ordinance adopted by the board of county commissioners of Clark County, Washington.
