7.14.040 Meetings.

Regular meetings of the Clark County weed management department shall be held on the first Monday of each month, commencing at 6:00 P.M., Building C, at 11104 NE 149th Street, Brush Prairie, Washington; PROVIDED, that if any regular meeting falls on a holiday, such regular meeting shall be held on the next Monday. There shall be no meetings in January, November, and December of each calendar year. Special meetings of the weed board may be called pursuant to RCW 42.30.080. (Res. dated 3/6/95)
