8.01.050 County animal fund.

There is established a fund to be known as the “county animal fund” which shall be kept by the Clark County treasurer, and all moneys collected by the animal control department for the registration of animals, licensing of kennels, grooming parlors and pet shops, impoundment fees, and penalties shall be paid into such fund and such moneys shall be utilized for the implementation and enforcement of this title, to include the cost of impoundment and maintenance of an animal shelter, and other such purposes incidental to the enforcement of this title.
