8.01.060 Spaying and neutering encouraged.

An amount as set by board resolution from revenue generated by pet licensing shall be used for public education and low cost spay/neuter programs for the purpose of used reducing the number of unwanted animals in the county. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 1999-12-11)
