The following areas are designated mandatory leash areas:

BEGINNING at the intersection of the ordinary high waterline of the Columbia River with the west line of Section 9, T1N, R3E, W.M.; thence north to the centerline of S.E. McIntosh Road; thence easterly along the centerline of S.E. McIntosh Road to the north-south centerline of said section; thence north to the centerline of S.E. 42nd Street; thence east to the centerline of S.E. 224th Avenue; thence north to the centerline of S.E. 40th Street; thence east to the centerline of S.E. 237th Avenue; thence north along the centerline and its north extension of said S.E. 237th Avenue to the waterline of Lacamas Lake; thence following said waterline southeasterly to the south line of Section 34, T2N, R3E; thence east to the southeast corner of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 35, T2N, R3E; thence north to the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said section; thence east to the centerline of State Road 500 (Everett Road); thence northerly along said centerline to the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 35; thence east to the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section; thence south to the centerline of Lacamas Creek; thence southeasterly along the centerline of said creek to the south line of Section 1, T1N, R3E, W.M.; thence east to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 10, T1N, R4E, W.M.; thence south to the ordinary high waterline of the Columbia River; thence westerly along said high waterline to the point of beginning.
