14.01.010 Adoption by reference.

With the exceptions noted in this title, and the exceptions noted in the Washington Administrative Code and Statutes, the following documents are hereby adopted by reference:

(1)    The International Building Code (IBC), 2006 Edition, copyright 2006 by the International Code Council, Inc. (see International Building Code Section 101.2.1, 2006 Edition), as adopted and amended by the state of Washington, Chapter 51-50 WAC;

(2)    Sections 101 through 106 of Appendix E, Supplementary Accessibility Requirements, of the International Building Code (IBC), 2006 Edition, copyright 2006 by the International Code Council, Inc., and as amended by the provisions of Clark County Code Chapter 14.07;

(3)    The International Residential Code (IRC) for One and Two-Family Dwellings, 2006 Edition, copyright 2006 by the International Code Council, Inc., as adopted and amended by the state of Washington, Chapter 51-51 WAC;
