24.12.130 Fees.

The jurisdictional board of health may establish reasonable fees for permits and renewal of permits. All permit fees collected by the jurisdictional board of health shall be deposited in the county treasury and to the account from which Clark County public health’s operating expenses are paid. In addition to such application fee, any permit issued hereunder shall be conditioned upon payment of a reasonable operations fee set by the jurisdictional board of health upon the recommendation of the solid waste advisory commission in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated costs to the county and the jurisdictional board of health in monitoring compliance with the requirements of this chapter and the permit. The county and the jurisdictional board of health shall by interlocal agreement provide for the distribution of the application and operation fees in accordance with the services provided by each.
