40.460.010    Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the policies and procedures set forth by the Shoreline Management Act of 1971. Provisions of the following statutes of the state of Washington applicable to Clark County are hereby adopted by reference:

A.    Chapter 90.58 RCW, Shoreline Management Act.

B.    Chapter 173-16 WAC, Guidelines for Shoreline Master Programs.

C.    Chapter 173-18 WAC, Streams and Rivers Constituting Shorelines of the State.

D.    Chapter 173-20 WAC, Lakes Constituting Shorelines of the State.

E.    Chapter 173-22 WAC, Designations of Wetlands Associated with Shorelines of the State.

F.    Chapter 173-26 WAC, State Shoreline Master Program.

G.    Chapter 173-27 WAC, Permits for Developments on Shorelines of the State.
